Privacy policy
Website: cendovera.com
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit cendovera.com or send an inquiry, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Who operates this website
Cendovera operates this website. The operator's registered legal details are not yet published on this page. Until they are, you can reach the operator through the inquiry form on our plan page.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us in the inquiry form
- your name and email address;
- your WhatsApp number, if you choose to give one;
- your country, the device you plan to use, the plan you selected (plan length and number of devices at once) and anything you write in the notes field.
Giving a WhatsApp number is optional. If you give one, we may reply to you on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service operated by Meta, and messages sent there are also covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Information sent with the form about how you reached it
- the page you sent the form from;
- the first page you opened on this website in this browser tab, and the referring website address, each shortened to 300 characters;
- campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), if present;
- the last button or link on our website you clicked before the form, and where on the page it was;
- how long the page and the form were open;
- a marker showing that JavaScript ran;
- the price shown to you.
Server logs
- your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referrer and your browser's user-agent string.
We do not collect payment card data, precise geolocation or sensitive personal information.
3. How we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and answer questions about a plan;
- to understand which of our pages and buttons lead to inquiries;
- to recognize automated ("bot") submissions. A submission with no JavaScript marker, or sent less than 3 seconds after the page opened, is marked as a suspected bot. It is still stored, but it is not treated or forwarded as an inquiry, and a person can review it. A submission that fills in a hidden field meant only for bots is discarded;
- to operate and secure the website.
Our server works out the price itself and does not rely on the price your browser sends.
4. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Our own script keeps the details listed under "how you reached it" in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. They reach us only if you submit the form.
5. Sale and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
- Hosting: the website, the server logs and the inquiry database run on a Microsoft Azure virtual machine in a data center in the EU.
- Backup: each night, inquiries are copied to a server hosted by Hostinger in France (EU), and from there backed up, encrypted, to a second server (location below). Backup copies are kept for up to six months.
- WhatsApp: if you give a WhatsApp number and we reply to you there, the messages pass through WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, which may process them in other countries under its own terms and privacy policy.
We also disclose information where the law requires us to.
6. Where your information is stored
Your information is stored outside the United States, in the European Union (Sweden). Backup copies are held in France (EU) and, encrypted, in the United Kingdom.
7. How long we keep it
- Server logs: rotated daily and deleted after 14 rotations, so a log entry is kept for about 15 days at most.
- Session storage in your browser: until you close the tab.
- Inquiries and suspected-bot submissions: no fixed deletion period has been set yet. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
- Backup copies: kept for up to six months. An inquiry deleted at your request drops out of the backups as the older backup copies expire.
8. Your state privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to receive a portable copy. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To make a request, send a message through the inquiry form on our plan page and say in the notes field that it is a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. If you disagree with our response, you may contact your state Attorney General.
9. Changes
If our practices change, we will update this policy and its date.
